Help Shape the Future of Parks and Recreation in Harnett County
Pay Attention | Stay Engaged | Speak Up

Harnett County wants to hear from you!

The Parks and Recreation Department is conducting a countywide Community Feedback Survey to help guide future decisions about parks, programs, and recreational services. This is your opportunity to share what you love, what’s missing, and what improvements you'd like to see in your community.

Whether it’s youth sports, walking trails, community centers, or new program ideas—your input will help shape the future of parks and recreation in every corner of the county. The survey is part of a larger effort to build a more vibrant, connected, and inclusive Harnett County.

The survey is open through April 30, 2025. Take it online here.

Why this matters:
As our county grows, it’s critical that public spaces grow with us. Parks and recreation aren’t just about fun—they support health, quality of life, economic development, and a sense of community. The results from this survey will directly impact how Harnett County invests in its facilities and programs over the next several years.

 How to get involved:

  • Complete the survey by April 30
  • Share it with your neighbors and civic groups
  • Follow Parks & Rec updates on the county website
  • Show up to future community meetings and public input sessions

Let your voice be part of the planning process. The more feedback the county receives, the better they can serve everyone who calls Harnett home.
