early voting plans have to be established and approved by the County Board of Elections around August 2026.
If this November's approved early voting plan ends up like the 2026 Primary's plan, it might look like - 
Thursday October 15 through Saturday October 31
(no Sunday voting)
& on Election Day, Tuesday November 3

 

If November's Early Voting Plan looks like the 2026 Primary Early Voting Plan -
Here were the locations - no matter where you live, you can vote at one of these locations during early voting (remember your photo id) -

Commons in Lillington - 309 W Cornelius Harnett Blvd, Lillington
Angier Elementary School - 13 E McIver St, Angier
Erwin Parks and Rec Gym - 810 S 16th St, Erwin
Benhaven Community Center - 2815 Olivia Rd, Sanford
Anderson Creek Fire Department - 6200 Overhills Rd, Spring Lake
THERE IS NO VOTING AT WESTERN HARNETT HIGH SCHOOL ANY MORE

If November's Early Voting Plan looks like the 2026 Primary Early Voting Plan -
Here were the Early Voting HOURS -

Monday through Friday - 8am to 7:30pm
Saturdays Oct 17 and 24 - 8am to 5pm; Saturday Oct 31 - 8am to 3pm (note earlier closing time than the previous 2 Saturdays, per NC State Statute)
There is no Sunday voting.

Election Day November 3 voting locations - you MUST vote at your precinct
Election Day voting hours - 6:30am to 7:30pm (be in line at 7:30)

  • PR 39- CENTRAL HARNETT LILLINGTON, Lillington Community Center, 607 S. 13th St. Lillington (please note that the Central Lillington precinct voting location is NOT at the Commons Early Voting location.) 

BOLD BLUE are NEW PRECINCT VOTING LOCATIONS - THERE IS NO VOTING AT WESTERN HARNETT HIGH SCHOOL

If you live in one of the new precincts, keep an eye on your mailbox. The Board of Elections will send updated voter information this summer.
