Early voting for the 2026 Primary is from Feb 12 through 28 at 5 different county locations. Inside observing is to watch for voting problems and report them to either the polls Chief Judge and/or the Voter Protection Team in Harnett and NCDP. This volunteer job is inside, quiet but we need observant folks to perform this vital and important function!!
